		<description>Don, I always cut off the foliage when the blossoms appear. Even if the leaves still look good (which they do on this one as they are of a very tough, leathery quality), the blossoms look much more impressive without them. Also, cutting off the old leaves is supposed to prevent the plants from being infected by some sort of fungus.</description>

		<description>Wow, those Hellebores got pink!  I don&#039;t think my H. niger every got that dark.  They are beautiful.  The blue Hepatica is also stunning, and I enjoyed your Crocus photos.  My Crocus are just starting to bloom.</description>
